Russian commander admits 'tense' situation for his troops in Ukraine

The new commanders of Russian troops in Ukraine made a rare admission of pressure they are under from a Ukrainian offensive to retake territory south and east that Moscow claims it annexed just weeks ago.

In another sign of Russia's concern, the Kremlin-appointed head of the strategic southern Kherson region

on Tuesday announced the "organized gradual displacement" of civilians from four towns on the Dnipro River.
